FDP DTUA Quality Questionnaire – Both FDP DTUA Pilot participants and other users of the FDP DTUA model are used to provide feedback to the working group on the ease of use of models. Link to instructions on how changes to digital maps in the Rural Payments service can affect added agreements. Integrated resource services contracts should be used when service costs exceed the value of wood. These models are provided only as examples and can be updated without notice and must be adapted for each project. Forest service staff should visit the internal acquisition management, Stewardship Contracting site to find current versions of the models for the development of new IRIs. The first proposal concerns construction and reconstruction contracts, whether or not additional land management activities are included. The second proposal applies to all land management activities, with the exception of construction. Appendix B is inserted into one of the two models to process timber harvesting activities. Use these documents to meet the requirements of An Entry Level Support (ELS), Organic ELS, Uplands ELS or Higher Level Stewardship. The USDA Forest Service and the Office of Land Management (BLM) of the Department of the Interior have been granted new authority to implement trust and agreement contracts in Section 8205 of Act 113-79, the Agricultural Act of 2014 (PDF, 75 KB). The Agriculture Act 2014 provides the Forestry Service and the Bureau of Land Management Authority to entrust co-construction projects for up to ten years to individuals or public or private organizations, in order to provide, on mandate or in reissue, services to achieve land management objectives for forests or national public spaces that meet the needs of local and rural municipalities. Section 8205 replaces the authority of the forest service in Section 347. Use forms and instructions to manage your ES agreement.
Environmental Stewardship (ES) is a land management system. The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) manages existing agreements until the agreed end date.
